Hi, I'm Alex Owens. Annie and I started Owens Water Co. for one simple reason: we got tired of watching our friends and neighbors here in Southwest Florida get ripped off on water softeners.
We learned that the same systems being sold for $8,000 to $12,000 by big-name competitors can be sourced and installed for a fraction of that. The price tag wasn't about technology or quality — it was about middlemen, commissioned sales reps, and marketing budgets being passed on to homeowners.
So we built something different. We partnered with one of the country's largest manufacturers, eliminated the upsell games, and brought the same NSF-certified equipment to SWFL at a price that makes sense. Everything we install is performed by licensed and insured plumbing partners we trust, in homes from Naples to Punta Gorda.
